It's good to remmeber how old is realtor's (not only Realtor's) job! As Vancouver condos realtor I often hear the question "what's the meaning of your job, can't people sell their property on their own?" It's good to point real estate agents emerged from them history, from people's needs and demands, they weren't "artificially created"!
