The Zilker Park Holiday Tree has been a holiday tradition in Austin since 1967! The tree is an amazing sight at 155 feet tall and made of 39 streamers. a popular activity is to stand in the middle of the tree and spin around. Each streamer has 81 lights totaling 3,309 lights. The spiral pattern was designed by City of Austin Electricians. The tree is available to see every evening until December 31st from 6PM to midnight.If you are in Austin for the holidays be sure to go see it.
