When Stephanie and her family made an offer on my listing many years ago, she began calling me for help because her agent was not responsive. I explained on more than one occasion that I couldn't help her because she had a buyers agreement with another agent and I was representing the seller. After closing we became friends because she lived across the street from me. From there I helped her sell that house and purchase another and then helped her sell the second home because she relocated to Colorado. That was over 6 years ago.

Last week, Stephanie and her family came to visit me on their way to San Antonio. It was so great to see them and I was able to capture one photo before the battery went out on my camera.
