This baby is closed! Things are moving slowly in Pflugerville so this home was on the market for 116 days but I successfully closed it today. It's a 4/2.5/2 with 2 living & 2 dining plus a covered patio with an asking price of $160,000.
It's the second house I've listed and sold on this street this year. Now I'm looking for another.
