HOME BUYING PROCESS in Texas

Here is the process for buying a home in Texas:
1. Contact a REALTOR®. My contact information is 512.589.7988.
2. Talk to a lender and get pre-approved for a loan.
3. You and your REALTOR® will look at suitable properties.
4. Once you choose a property your REALTOR® will help you write and negotiate an offer.
5. Hire a property inspector.
6. Your REALTOR® will help you negotiate for repairs if needed.
7. Arrange for homeowner's insurance.
8. The lender will order an appraisal.
9. The title company will order a survey and a title search.
10. Have the utilities changed to your name.
11. Hire a moving company.
10. Your REALTOR® will accompany you to the title company where you will sign papers promising to repay the loan and transferring the deed of the property to you.

Although we sometimes face challenges, I try to make this process as easy as possible for my home buyers.
